Mickey 200 winner pin

My husband received this pin through a trade & we can't seem to find out any info on it We looked in the latest Disneyana book & it is not in it . Any idea's where to find info or does anyone know ?

Mickey 200 winner is from the cruise line. It was given to winners of the vegetable car races.
Pinpics number 473 (old) or 8288 (new) .
