so my planner was switched to michelle and I am not sure what to expect. Has anyone had her? Can you give me pros/cons things to look out for? What is her personality? Is she a good planner for a first time young bride?

I have not done a whole lot for my wedding, but earlier this month I did go for a site visit and Michelle worked with us. She was amazing, and fabulous! She was very patient too. I took my mother and Michelle was great to work with. She impressed my mom and was able to answer all of her "parent" questions. I have also emailed her many questions since then and she has been more than helpful.

She has also been at Disney for quite a while so she is extremely knowledgable.

I had Michelle when I was planning my Jan 2008 wedding. She is very informative and patient. It is sometimes frustrating to be planning a destination wedding and she is able to put a nervous bride at ease. I think that she was also married at Disney so I think that it made her easier and she could relate to the experience too. Stay with her- she's great!

I originally had Heidi too and they switched me to Michelle. I'm an Escape bride waiting to book so we haven't had much interaction but so far she seems to be great! She's very responsive to my emails and when I asked her a single questions through email she just picked up the phone and called me instead of going back and fourth. Also since I'm an Escape I don't think there is much to do but she seems to be handling everything pretty well thus far.

She is amazing!! She actually ended up on our honeymoon too! She had booked the same Disney Cruise as us... it was so funny! You are in good hands.

We had gotten switched to her right in the last few months before our wedding! She was great! Super fast with emails and was great about letting myself and a friend meet up with her when we did get switched so I atleast knew who she was! She is a former disney bride as well!
