I'm confussed. Michael Schiavo and Terri were still married until she died, but according to the article Michael Schiavo and Jodi Centonze have two young kids together and she has been his fiancee for 5 years. Am I missing something here.

Supposedly he received malpractice $$ in 1992 when she was admitted to a nursing home, and since 1995 he has lived w/ this woman, Jodi and then had two kids with her WHILE still staying legally married (and acting as a legal guardian) to Terri.

Just for the record..MS has always claimed that he stayed married to her in order to be able to carry out her wishes,as the parents stated point blank that thy would do ANYTHING to keep her alive.. He had muiltiple offers of money from many places and choose not to take them

Yeah, I think it was probably just a misunderstanding. I should have posted a different link, honestly I didn't even read the title or what the whole article said, just skimmed for the dates. I actually hadn't even heard of that site before (call me naiive, I know). And no, I don't think he was a murderer.

Anyway, good for them and it's great all this mess is over with.

And no hard feelings, Jenny- I shouldn't have posted the link so hastily.
