Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe...you are NOT the parents!

How do we know what any of them really look like? The whole family has had plastic surgery. Think of what MJ looked like in the Jackson 5 days, that's the real him. These kids don't look anything like that. I think he looked for a donor that would look like him post surgery.

ITA. Those 3 kiddos look nothing like MJ or DR. As the Media continues to investigate this I am leaning more towards MJ's doctor being the father. There has been allot of rumor/speculation/talk about this disease of vitiligo and whether MJ really did suffer from this OR not????

It was so bizarre in the 2003 Martin Bashir interview how MJ told Martin that as soon as Paris was born, he cut the cord and grabbed her and RAN from the hospital......... Even Martin was shocked by this behavior. MJ stated he did not want anyone to tell him that anything was wrong with Paris...so he left with her and he cleaned her up at home. Martin then asked when did DR come home and MJ was not sure...he could not remember that at all. It seemed to me that his behavior was that of someone that might be more worried about Paris ending up in the WRONG hands hence him doing what he did....OR as I watched I wondered if MJ made the whole story up?

Once again, I will say this...MUSICAL GENUIS, absolutely.....but MJ had some really bizarre behavior.

I'm leaning towards 'made the whole story up'.

I'm leaning towards 'made the whole story up'.

:thumbsup2

And after seeing that interview where he stated so sincerely he'd never had plastic surgery on his face, when obviously he has, I got the idea that he wasn't actually lying - that he REALLY believed that. In other words, he created his own reality and he lived there. I think that's where this story comes from, too. It was true for him in his own personal fabricated reality. Along with the one about Blanket's mother not being a white woman.

Very sad.

I agree - I don't think he was in touch with reality. He looked the reporter right in the face and said all he had done was 2 nose jobs. I think he really believed it. Then he talked about sharing your bed with kids like it was so natural, made my skin crawl!

The children look related to me. I think Blanket might have been created from a frozen embryo left over from the other two fertilizations. I bet the three kids are biological siblings.

I haven't seen a good picture of Blanket's face, but he's not as fair as Prince and Paris. His skin and hair are darker.

The first time I watched Bashir's interview, I thought MJ was weird too.. But I recently found a rebuttal interview called Living With Michael Jackson - Take Two that shows how editing was used to put MJ in a negative light. This interview shows stuff that was edited out (MJ had his own cameras recording Bashir interviewing).

Here's a link:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvhwWDCV9Bo

I encourage everyone to watch it. It helped me understand MJ a lot better -I really think he was misunderstood and he was just a child trapped in man's body. His father and not having a childhood really affected him. It was produced and hosted by Maury and DR is interviewed on there as well.

It has been reported that Michael Jackson's name appears on eact birth certificate of the three children in question as the "father".. Unless the laws vary from state to state, that is sufficient for the children to be considered "his" - no marriage required..

I also read today that his "father" (and I use that term very loosely) has been left out of his will completely.. Hopefully that animal won't be able to make 2 cents off of Michael's death..:headache:

Now - considering his estate is going to his mother and children (as well as various charities) - let's just hope that Joe doesn't suddenly decide to "reconcile" with his wife.. $$$$$

Thanks for the link. This should be aired again. Very informative.

Oh yeah...anyone saying that Prince and Paris don't resemble Debbie Rowe needs glasses. :rotfl:

Anderson Cooper on CNN (a credible source) last night said the surrogacy laws in CA make Michael Jackson, whose name is on the birth certificates, the legal father of the kids. End of that debate.

The will has finally been filed. This just in on yahoo.com news:

Jackson's will cuts out ex-wife Debbie Rowe

AP, Jul 1, 2009 12:24 pm PDT

Michael Jackson's 7-year-old will was filed Wednesday in a Los Angeles court, giving his entire estate to a family trust and cutting out his former wife Debbie Rowe. The will, dated July 7, 2002, estimated his estate at that time at more than $500 million.

It names his mother, Katherine Jackson, as a beneficiary of the trust and the guardian of Jackson's children, who are named in the will.

It also names entertainer Diana Ross as a successor guardian for the children and their estates if something happens to Katherine Jackson.

Ross introduced the Jackson 5 on the Ed Sullivan Show in the late 1960s and was instrumental in launching their career. She was a lifelong friend of Michael Jackson.

Meanwhile, a person familiar with the situation said no public Jackson memorial was planned for Neverland.

Santa Barbara officials had discussed the possibility a memorial or public viewing could occur Thursday.
But the person, who is not authorized to speak for the family and requested anonymity, said nothing was planned for Neverland at least through Friday. The source said it appears more likely a funeral and burial will take place in Los Angeles. The family has the final say.

The person says billionaire Thomas Barrack, who owns Neverland in a joint venture with Jackson, sought an exemption to bury the singer at the ranch. But the person says it's a complicated process and it couldn't be done for a burial this week.

The will gives the entire estate to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. Details of the trust will not be made public.

The documents said Jackson's estate consisted almost entirely of "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalog of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony ATV, and the interests of various entities."
One of Jackson's most lucrative assets is his stake in the massive Sony-ATV Music Publishing Catalog, which includes music by the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Lady Gaga and the Jonas Brothers, and is estimated to be worth as much as $2 billion.
Jackson's longtime lawyer John Branca and John McClain, a music executive and a family friend, are named in the will as co-executors.

In a statement, Branca and McClain said: "The most important element of Michael's will is his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine, become the legal guardian for his three children. As we work to carry out Michael's instructions to safeguard both the future of his children as well as the remarkable legacy he left us as an artist we ask that all matters involving his estate be handled with the dignity and the respect that Michael and his family deserve."

The five-page will is signed by Jackson, and each paragraph includes Jackson's scrawling initials.
Jackson, who died Thursday at age 50, left behind three children: son Michael Joseph Jr., known as Prince Michael, 12; daughter Paris Michael Katherine, 11; and son Prince Michael II, 7. Rowe was the mother of the two oldest children; the youngest was born to a surrogate mother, who has never been identified.

Katherine Jackson was granted temporary guardianship Monday of Jackson's three children. A judge held off on requests to control the children's estates, and gave her limited control over her son's property.

Rowe, who was married to Jackson in 1996 and filed for divorce three years later, surrendered her parental rights. An appeals court later found that was done in error, and Rowe and Jackson entered an out-of-court settlement in 2006.

Neither Rowe nor her attorneys have indicated whether she intends to seek custody of the two oldest children.

Funeral plans have not yet been announced.
On Tuesday, heavy construction equipment and workers passed through the gates of Neverland Ranch, fueling speculation that it could soon be hosting Jackson's funeral or even a permanent memorial.

Groups of gardeners and florists bearing huge wreaths were also spotted on the 2,500-acre Santa Barbara County property about 120 miles northwest of Los Angeles.

Members of Jackson's family met Tuesday with officials from the Los Angeles police and California Highway Patrol about funeral services. But "details are still pending," according to Fran Clader, a spokeswoman for the patrol. The patrol would need to be consulted if the body was moved from Los Angeles to Neverland.

It was unclear whether Jackson could be legally buried at the ranch. The state's health and safety code makes interring any uncremated remains outside of a cemetery a misdemeanor. Cremated remains can be kept in a home or private mausoleum outside a cemetery.

CNN confirms the filing of the will.

CNN reported two of the lawyer filed a motion to have Katherine removed from the estate today. I judge denied it stating they will get to have their say in court in August.

WOW!!

Already?!? The ink is barely dry on the filing of the will. :sad2:

WOW!!
I just listened to CNN and that's not quite what the reporter said.

The meeting this mornign with the lawyers and the judge was to validate Katherine's role as guardian. That custody arrangement was upheld.

However, MJ's will did NOT make Katherine the executrix of the estate or the trust he wanted set up for his children. Branca and McClain were named in the will as co-executors of the estate and the "MICHAEL Jackson Family Trust." They petitioned this morning, saying that they were ready to assume that role immediately. If they had said "Oh, we're not ready," it would have thrown a cog into the works.

The judge deferred making a decision TODAY about Katherine's current (and temporary) access to Jackson's assets. (Again, not the guardianship role)

The judge's reasoning was that a meeting was already scheduled for this issue, to be held this coming MONDAY. (July, not August; maybe you heard/read something from yesterday that said "next month?")

CNN said:
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff held an emergency hearing Wednesday morning to consider a request to immediately turn over control of the estate to Branca and McClain.

Beckloff decided there was no urgency to replace Katherine Jackson -- whom he appointed temporary administrator this week. Another hearing has been set for next Monday.

Branca and McClain issued a joint statement Wednesday: "The most important element of Michael's will is his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine, become the legal guardian for his three children. As we work to carry out Michael's instructions to safeguard both the future of his children as well as the remarkable legacy he left us as an artist we ask that all matters involving his estate be handled with the dignity and the respect that Michael and his family deserve."

MJ specifically stated that he was leaving Rowe nothing in the will. I believe that legally, you have to mention anyone who might be entitled or they can claim it was an accidental omission.

Just to clarify: some rumors are going around saying MJ also put in a blurb about his father not receiving anything. So far, that hasn't been reported at all, so I think it's untrue.

The legal Family Law expert he brought on said what we concluded a few pages back in this thread: that as the "intended father," MJ's name is on all three kids' birth certificates. CA's laws are usually difficult to fight.

The wild card is Debbie Rowe. She's the legal MOTHER of the two older children.
Initially, she signed away her parental rights, but then filed suit to get them back. The CNN expert said that if Debbie wanted to fight for custody, she could probably win.

Hmm..the black reporter(don't remember his name..not being racist either) stated what I've said above. He also went on saying who would kick out a 80 year old lady:scared1:..

The way you stated sounds more professional. Thanks for sharing

Due to Katherine's age, 79, and the age of Blanket, 7, I would hyope a younger person would be made the guardian of him and the other kids.

Aren't we DISers great? And we aren't even legal experts, nor did we get paid for what we concluded. :cool1: ;)

As for Debbie Rowe, I think Diana Ross would claw her eyes out if she tried. CNN said MJ purposely named her to be excluded from his will & estate. That usually heads off someone contesting the will saying, "Hey, he forgot about me."

It's obvious MJ secured other plans for his children. I think Diana Ross would be a formidable oponent to cross.

I wonder if Diana knew before today? Did MJ ever discuss it with her? If this is the first time she's hearing it, it must be very bittersweet for her. I'm tearyeyed on her behalf, and I stopped being a real fan because of MJ's personal life. But, he obviously thought carefully of his kids, that he wanted no one in his family, except his mother to care for them.

I hear your concerns.

Now here is my what if question

What if Katherine live to be 100 and very active? Strom Thurmond was still kicking it for a while.:rotfl:

It was stated today on CNN that the attorney that drew up the will was very articulent and they couldn't imagine Michael nor his attorney listing Diana without consulting her. We still waiting to her if Diana will make a statment.
