Miami to Orlando

I have a frined that is flying in from Peru to Miami. She intends to make her final destination in Orlando. Would it be easier to drive and pick her up or get an air ticket for her? I am concerned what would be easier for her.

From Miami to Orlando it's about a 4 hour drive on the Florida Turnpike.

I would think it would make a long day for someone to drive down and then drive back.
