We've stayed in the Inn several times and are staying there again in November for our next trip. We don't have a choice because DH smokes and I believe all of the Coldwell House rooms are non-smoking. I think they might also be more expensive. Maybe someday Highlander will be like Disney and go all non-smoking and I can find out what Coldwell House is like! I believe it might be more expensive and since I'm only there one night, I always ask for the cheapest available rate. The airport shuttle service is excellent. We've never waited long for a shuttle either leaving the Inn or returning from the airport. The drivers are courteous and the shuttles are clean. I think they take less time than the shuttles to the long term airport parking. And if you are doing the Park and Fly, the first seven days are $4 per day. And they'll clean the snow off the car for you the day you are coming back if necessary. That was quite useful in February. Basil's, the hotel restaurant, is OK but fairly expensive. There are much better options nearby in our opinion.
