MGM/Disney Hollywood Studios Swap

Requirements: 2 elements from the list below
Groups A,B,C,D, & E each include a ride, show, attraction, other entertainment and a general MGM spot. Groups F & G are for photo ops located throughout MGM. Groups H & I are for characters that have regularly scheduled appearances and locations at MGM (that is, not the ones that show up at the hat on occasion). Group J is for areas of the park and Group K is for the upcoming changes to the park. Dining will be covered in the Eat around the world swap. My intention in having the groups already set up is to eliminate duplicates, let people know up front what they will get in return, and thoroughly cover the park.
1. Choose your group. I will open additional groups if the initial one fills. (If group A fills, I will open group A1 with the same choices). If you have a request for a spot in a group that hasn’t opened yet, please list it. I will fill the groups in the order you post.
2. PM me with your DIS name, name, home address, email, and phone number -- these will only be used to follow up if I have not heard from you.
3. Post your status on the progress thread every 2 weeks. Check in dates will be listed.
4. Packing/Mailing Instructions: use a Ziploc for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label on the outside of each bag. Include your name, DISname and group number. You‘ll have 5 or 6 bags to enclose in the larger (gallon size) Ziploc bag for each group you are in. Include your return postage, please. I am in zone 1 for priority mail. If you want delivery confirmation, don't forget to send in the extra money for that as well as a completed d/c slip. Please write your DISname on the outside of your package. Please include an address label for your return package if you have one.
5. Do not send click-it/ship-it postage.
6. PM me if you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.
Element List -- choose 2
Please, no hand lettering on any items. Computer fonts, rub-ons, die cut letters, stamps are acceptable. All items should be embellished and double matted unless otherwise noted. Embellished means using brads, buttons, eyelets, charms, ribbon, fiber, ink, 3D stickers, matted stickers, clip art etc.
Topper: maximum 8 x 2, at least 2 layers, embellished
Title Letters: at least 1 ¼ inches, must have a shadow or mat. If you choose this option, place your letters in their own bag and let us know what it spells.
2 Borders(pair): 11 inches long, 2 layers, embellished
2 Photo mats: at least 2 layers, embellished, sized to fit a 4x6 photo
2 Journal boxes: minimum2x2 writing space, sitting on top of 2 layers, embellished
2 slide mounts: cardstock or actual slide mounts, must be embellished but not double matted, Sizzix dies are fine
1 shaker box , embellished not double matted
1 library pocket and tag, embellished, not double matted
2 tags: at least 2x3, double matted, embellished and fiber/ribbon/brad/eyelet in the hole
4 embellished squares, no larger than 2 inches, at least 2 layers
3 embellished shapes:1-1/2x1-1/2 or larger if you wish, double matted. These can be circles, flowers, etc. be creative. If it is a shape that would not look right double matted please use your best judgment.....Just make up for it in another way. Maybe make a few extra or throw in something extra
1 medium file folder or 2 mini file folders embellished, not double matted
1 Paper piecing (not a simple 1 layer die cut)
1 License plate
1 song/lyric/poem/quote: 2 layers, embellished, minimum text area 2 ½ x 3 ½
3 altered paper clips
You can mix & match the elements: 1 journal box and 1 tag = 1 element, 1 photo mat & 2 squares = 1 element etc.
