MGM parking lot construction

There's serious construction going on in the MGM parking lot, near the walkway to EPCOT resorts. From the shape it looks like a new bus corral. Does anyone know? If this is the case, I wonder what they would do with the old space. Perhaps extend the park and expand the entrance hub - which is small and gets crowded.
