MGM Holiday Parade?

We will be there Nov. 30 - Dec 7. Does MGM put on a different parade for the holidays? If so, are they the characters that are normally in the Stars and Motorcade Parade? We were really looking forward to the latter since my kids are totally into Disney movies, but if the characters are the same I don't think it will matter.

My daughter loves the Disney Movies also. Do some of the stars ride in the parade??? Is that what you meant? If that is so, she will be soooooo excited! As far as the other question, I'm clueless. We will be there at the end of Dec and this is our first trip ever to WDW. Can't wait!

Yes, the parade in MGM and AK are the same parade, they just deck them out for Christmas!! The cars will have tinsle on them, packages inside, stuff like that. Its cute!!! All of the characters will be there.

Are you going to MVMCP?? That is my favorite parade!! I love sitting on main street in the snow watching it!!!!!

Yes, those are at MGM. AK has Mickey's Jamin' Jingle Parade. We have never seen this but hope to this year.

Thanks to all who posted. So glad to hear that it will basically be the same with just a little Christmas finery. I know this will be my kids favorite parade. They are Toy Story, Monsters Inc. fanatics!!!

I was there in December last year and saw the Happy Holly-Days Parade and the Star Wars and Hercules cars were not in it. The Hercules car has since been replaced by a Power Rangers car.
