Mgm....big Shiny Lights!!

I haven't been to Disney since the early 90's when MGM was fairly new. I remember at nights there were these big spotlights shining in the air from the Studios and I wanted to know if they still use these lights? I really liked them then and I am going in 4 weeks and I hope they still have them. Can someone that has been there recently let me know if these lights still exist??

We saw 'em in Nov. We could still see them as we walked across the parking lot to our room at Sartoga Springs.

They have them at DTD, not sure of MGM though.

They come up from behind the Great Movie Ride building. Yes, they are still there. I was sitting in EPCOT the other week waiting for Illuminations to begin and I noticed them shining brightly onto the clouds. DTD has lights too.
