1. Contact your friend to make sure that your name is on the reservation as his/her guest.
2. Provide him/her with your flight information and have him/her forward that to DVC/DME.
3. Approx. 30 days prior to your vacation, your friend should receive the DME packet in the mail. this will include bus vouchers for all guests on record and yellow luggage tags for airport to resort transfer.
Ask your friend for your bus voucher. Since you are flying in separately, you will need that to board the bus for the resort. the yellow tag goes on your luggage if you wish Disney to transfer your luggage. It goes on your bag before you check it at your home airport. You will not have to claim your bag at Orlando and you will not see it until a few hours after you arrive. DME will deliver directly to yur room.
You do not have to use the luggage service. Do not attach the yellow tag, claim your bag at the carousel and follow the signs to Disney Magical Express. resort transportation.
Since you are returning early, check with the front desk for your bus departure time.
OKW is a large resort and you may have to take resort shuttle bus to get back to the DME waiting area. Front desk will be able to tell you the best way.
You will need the voucher to board the bus back to MCO. You may check your bag at OKW Resort Airline Servive or carry with you on the bus to check in at MCO.
