Another awful tragedy, there have been stories about entire towns nearly wiped out and massive mass graves being uncovered never mind the Fentanyl pouring into the US. I am so gravely worried about the state of things with our neighbors to the South because so many Americans visit and have family there, why doesn't this get headlines in the news? Tough not to notice when we have nearly 63 million people who live here now...

why doesn't this get headlines in the news?

For the same reason that the 43,000 people killed and millions severely injured in auto accidents in the US doesn't get much press. People have accepted it and aren't fazed by it anymore.
