Where? I thought I saw it listed as a counter service location here on this site...:confused3

Do they serve food outside, down by the water where the margarita stand is? :confused3

Right across from the pavillion, nearest the lagoon.

There are some counter service locations I stay away from in Epcot.

Mexico (Cantina de San Angel - the one you want)
China (Lotus Blossom Cafe)

Don't say we didn't warn you. ;)

LOL, I can take a hint. I also have heard that China's counter service was horrible. We will take the advice and find another CS place at Epcot to try.

How about the place inside the Land, where Soarin' is? typical burger fare, isn't it? :( Kinda wanted someplace different.

We ate thern Nov 2007 and had a wonderful experience
For the 3 of us me, DH and DD we spent about $28 and were really stuffed.
We would go back again

NO...actually...the place inside the land is called Sunshine Seasons and it's anything but typical burger fare.

IMHO, it's one of the best, if not the best, CS at WDW.

Funny thing about Mexico for us..

We tried the sit down twice and it was flat out horrible. We gave it a 2nd shot this Jan because it was all we could get ADR for and had been years since our last experience. It was worse. Won't get into all the details but from service to food quality it is the only place we won't set foot in again in WDW

That said, we love the counter service. My DD loves the kids meal there and we have the combo platter to split all each visit to Epcot.

So the CS is two thumbs up.

The sit down is two very angry thumbs down

You will not find burgers or any fried foods here. You are sure to find something different. I think there are menus posted on this website, but I also like Allearsnet.com

I happen to like the food at Cantina San Angel. :confused3

I've also never had a bad experience at San Angel Cantina and we eat there at least twice every trip. We always like to have a sit down meal at San Angel Inn for the atmosphere alone but never enjoy the food as much as the cantina.:wave2:

We eat at San Angel Cantina every year and have never had a bad experience. In fact, they have always been very gracious and willing to prepare a burrito per my request, which takes extra time, but we love sitting next to the lagoon and people-watching so we're willing to wait the extra 3-5 minutes.

The Mexican CS has great churros!!! We ordered one and ate it on the way out of the park and really wished that we had ordered two!!! :) We also had really great service and the girls working behind the counter were very friendly.

My family also really likes the China CS. My parents liked it so much they ate there twice on our last trip. DH even liked it, and he is Asian, so he knows a bit about Asian food! To each his own...just more proof that you really have to try each restaurant out for yourself.

I would also suggest eating here. DH and I just happened to be there and hungry, and I was so please I said we could come back again that week (something I never said about a CS!). Plus, there is a good variety, which is nice if a few people are traveling with you.

Sunshine Seasons is one of the best in WDW and The Best in EPCOT as far as counter service goes - just my opinion. I also used to be a cook there, so I am very prejudiced.

great variety, fresh food.
