Hi everyone,
Sorry to have been gone for so long but have been very very busy with last weeks of school voluntering. Will still be gone for another week and half but will review what I have missed and post info to the front page

Just wanted to chek in to let you know that I am still around and after the 22nd I will be checking in everyday except when doing our camping trip. So till than have a great day.

They should just give you your own stateroom with your name on it. I just noticed that the info ( ages of me & wife) on the first post is suppose to be for the time we sail. I will be 46 & my wife will be 45 yuck that sounds old. Wel, still at Disneyland... already tired of Nemo Subs. ( not working there) just tired of guests with all the questions. Hey Vern - rode Monorail Red today - loved it but can you believe I forgot to take a picture of it? Oh well, another trip just for that.

For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about, The Nemo Sub ride just opened to the public on Monday, in honor of that monumental event, they "painted" one fo the monorails (which is designated as Monorail Red) to look like a yellow submarine......


hhmmmm...looks like we got the makings of a song here...

(And looking at all the people in line and loading up in the subs, they all looked more like mackerals in a can to me. )

Sunday, morning,laundry in the washer, a dishwasher full of clean dishes to be put away , and here I am wishing I was on my Mexican Riviera cruise. I think we have talked my sister and her family into coming along.

I am really starting to understand that saying - like a chicken with its head cut off. YUP! That's me - I hope to be semi-sane by the time the cruise rolls around.

Just thought I'd finally drop in. I haven't posted in so long because I usually post on breaks at work, and since we're out on summer vacation.....

Not to mention we have been moving We are pretty much moved in now, I might have everything packed before I have to go back to work in August! Plus we've had it seems like a zillion people coming and going fixing this, and doing that. Hopefully now that things have settled down and I can finally have a faster internet connection at home(previously it was dial-up available only at old house ) maybe I can find time to check the boards at home. Can't hardly wait till next summer.

I'm jealous I wish I was med. cruise I've been to Italy and Greece once and LOVED it.

how are ya all doing? hope well. Have updated info on first page so please check to see if your info is correct

would have been here sooner but after my busy school volunteering my 2 comps were dhacked...yes hacked

My kids DL a gaming hack that had a Trojan attached and the hackers were able to kill one of my comps and take controll of them. I talked to one of the hackers for 2 hrs playing nice so he would not do more damage. He is only 17 years old.

Needless to say I had to call my comp fixer uper guys to clean them up and decided best to get my 3rd comp checked out also. the cost well $
$300 later and all is well. Need to change all my passwords because not sure if they got any info like banking accounts.

My comp guys are great abd to make it even more impressive is that the main guy in there buisness is blind at birth and has a degree in engineering and his partner is paralyed from waist down and has to crawl up my steps to get to my comps.

The blind guy cory fixes lsitening to the different pings in the comp programs....very impressive and inspiring to watch them

Wow Robin - sounds like you have had a busy week. Also - you handled yourself much calmer than I would have. Are there any options open to you for handling the hackers. I would just die. Hope things work out for you. Am on my way to page 1 to check! thanks!

Howdy all,
Gee life is good! After lot's of $$$$ all 3 comps are up and running correctly and much faster thank you Amazing what a good hack can do for your computer . I am sitting outside on this beautiful sunny day near my pool in my cabbana listening to the birds drinking my coffee and best of all NO KIDS they are inside doing there thing.

Can't wait for the cruise. Have a 3 day trip coming up with my girl friends to stay at the GrandCalifornian at DL. We will not be doing DL just hanging out by the pool yelling "Hay Cabbana boy please bring me my banana margarita and walking down DTD and such. Will be using my DVC pts so feels like free all though we know in our hearts it's not.

Yum DH just brought me some bacon...yum again. The heck with the eggs. So where are all the other cruisers? Looks like we will have the ship all to ourselves It is the same for the other thread that I'm on. Only a few of us hanging around. Within the next few months the late comers should be arriving.

Just checking in - have fun when you get to DL/CA. I may just have to do that sometime in Oct just to come down from my summer of traveling.

In regards to us diehards, we are the old fanatics, come after this cruise - you'll find the newer fanatics hooked on this site. I for one am looking forward to passing the torch - these late nights are killing me!

Of course I'm now anxiously waiting for my deck to get finished so we can get in the pool without tracking mud!

I would probably have a heart attack if my computer was hacked. Did you have firewalls and stuff? You handled way better than me!

We were thinking of going out to california the week before cruise and staying at grand californian? would love to hear how it is. We've stayed at Grand Floridian and loved it. I know decor is different, but does anyone know how it compares?

I figure the closer to the cruise time we get the more interest we'll have.

We love love love the GrandCalifornian Its right at the parks and DTD. Perfect location. It is also beautiful.
It is a little more Grand than the GF but similar in the country feel.
So congrats on and bigger house and more to clean We love our pool. Are you going to take care of the pool maintamance yourself or have a pool guy? Is this your first pool?

We had pool guys but they were like our gardeners....did as little as needed....so we now do our own for both. To bad that I changed our cruise we could have met you there. Would have rather done this week but messed that up with my pts and we also go camping every summer and hard to change our reservations. Hope that my some does not start Hightschool before the 3rd or we will have to change everything and pay out more $$$ to change our dates.

Today we are going to SeaWorld. My 13 yo does not want to go and we are doing battle. He is not alowed to stay home alone so he has no choice and is pissed. OOOO to be 13 again...NOT!!!!...

O and yes we have Firewalls and anti-spyware and antivirus. They came through on a game that had a trojen attached and it was explained to me that there are alot of trojans out there that theses programs can not detect....they said it's called "going in the back door".
