Hmmm..we're booked through Dreams Unlimited..I have to do some research!!!

ASmovies will always hold a dear place in my heart- that's where we stayed during our evacuation for Katrina...best trip ever! Caribbean Beach is my favorite overall, so far. I'm trying to stay in a different hotel each time we go!

That sounds like a good idea to try out each one.

Dreamsunlimited also has a section where you can put in your room number in and see if there are any personal reviews about your room.

I cannot wait to hear about your cruise since we are going the following year!

We started making ADR's for our Oct trip. Don't want to book too much, need to leave room for F&W events. But so far we have Artist Point, Brown Derby, Teppan Edo, Cape May, Boma & Akershus for breakfast. Think we'll still be able to fit in F&W stuff?!

Haven't heard from Jenny in a while. Hope everything's okay over there?

The Knights are playing in a "World Series" that starts Wednesday. He'll be home either Sunday or Monday, depending on how far they make it. He has been looking forward to this trip since January.

OMGoodness, a 3 hour wrong turn!!! I bet the weather will be nice up there for the World Series!

On another note- I have a Heffalump or a Woozle in my home now. Ash is in full fledge pubescent confusion-she is up, she is down, she is here and she is there, she feels the need to "talk" everywhere !! It has been going on 2 weeks and this is hitting us HARD and all of a sudden. Well, we knew it was coming for a few months now, but she is soo upset about it too! She asked me why God allows such a time in our lives b/c she hates it and she is so confused and second guesses every move she makes, I mean, she has never been insecure and BOOM! Now she is. This is scary as she is only 10. I just really thought we'd be doing this in 2 years, not now. She is aware that boys are "boys' now-and interested, not "eeewwww". Not that she is bold or anything and will start any of that soon, and for this I am thankful-she is shy. But interested in the whole subject of boys and body changes!

Hang on to your little girls-let 'em play Barbies and American Girl all they want- it happens fast!!!

OMGoodness, a 3 hour wrong turn!!! I bet the weather will be nice up there for the World Series!

Pretty unbelievable huh? The bus driver took a wrong turn and they were delayed by three hours in Kentucky.... They didn't arrive in Cincinnati until 12:30 this morning. He just called me a little while ago. The coach let them sleep in this morning, then they had their first practice. They're attending a welcome banquet tonight and Kyle will be throwing the first game of the series vs. Arlington, TX(I think that's what he said) tomorrow at 11:30. Of course all he wanted to talk about was the Bengals stadium and the Reds field, ya know the stuff guys love that Mom really isn't interested in.... He also commented on how "clean" Cincinnati is.

Oh Lori! I feel for you my friend! My DD was at least a year & half older than Ashley when all that started. But be thankful that she is talking AND that she's talking to you! I have to warn you, that this talkative period might not last either. So try to enjoy it while you can!

Thank you, I WILL keep that thought and continue to listen to her(even though it is driving me batty!!). I am still, "the best momma" to her and all but I know that it is fleeting. I am seriously gonna cry. This has happened so fast. I mean, i knew that she'd get it before all her friends due to her steroid consumption as a part of her chemo protocol(the onc told us she'd start a year or so early) and we fought it and still do by doing mostly non-steroid food products, but it didn't help much, unfortunately. She just had her body poisoned by that cr--. It healed her, so I am not complaining.

Anyway- I just had to vent b/c it is such a big difference. I feel as though the little girl is going away.
But I am looking forward to trying to enjoy these crazy years.
