Thanks to everyone praying for me. I have been freaking out a little. Thank God that I have such a wonderful husband. He is just, I don't even know how to describe it.

Anywho, I just need to focus on healing.

Kathy, I am thinking of you. My cousin is also graduationg this year. I know my aunt is all teary too.

Well Kurt jr is still doing well on the potty so we will be at Chuck E cheese's on Suday if any of you would like to join us Just kidding.

Hey y'all!

Just got back from the zoo- it was crowded!! Like WDW in July crowded! I think every school in the state was on a zoo field trip today.

Lorie - I'm planning on doing the Cuban Pork Roast this weekend. Have you ever marinated it before putting it in the crock-pot? I was thinking about soaking it in the marinade for at least 12 hours, what do you think?

Sounds like a great idea- it will probably come out even better!

Stephanie- Sorry to hear of your troubles. That's wonderful that your DH is so supportive. 3 miles in 45 minutes in certainly doable, but you'll have to work your way up there. I try to do 2 miles in 30 minutes on my morning walks and have done 3 miles upon occasion, but the hotter it gets, the harder it is!

Sure is quiet here on our Nola thread! I was planning on hitting the FQ fest today, but I twisted funny trying to catch a bottle I knocked off the counter while cooking last night. My back is hurting & I don't feel up to all that walking. I'm sad cus I know we're missing out on some great food & drinks!

so we'll just stay home & throw some steaks on the grill later.

Lorie, Sorry that the zoo was so crowded. I hope Sienna enjoyed it anyway!

Lorie- thinking about the zoo on the first Thursday of May, with our homeschool organization. I'd love to join again, but not sure about it till I get there. DH gets a great discount on memberships.

We joined a gym last week and we have been going about 2x per week-so far . I have to admit that since the girls are using it as thier PE, I feel more motivated to keep it up. I must have gained weight on my inner thighs because after I walked 2 miles on the treadmill the other day, my thighs were NUMB!!!

Yeah, I need to keep this up!!!!

Field day was a blast and thankfully the weather cleared up and got sunny.
