Kathy- It does sound like things all worked out for the best regarding Kyle and Abi. I know it's weight off of your shoulders!

Stephanie- Thanks awesome- congrats! I think it's great that they're doing a parenting seminar. I was truly shocked at the disparaging comments I received when I decided to become a SAHM. People still constantly ask me if "I'm tired of sitting around yet and ready to work again". It's so annoying! Parenting is important too! Would it be any different if I were working in daycare center?

I'm not sure what is really going on now. Kyle was told by Abi's cousin yesterday that Abi is relocating alone, without her mother. I only hope this wasn't another big lie to try and get him to back....This is getting annoying.

DH is sick again too. When he came to bed last night after he got home from work and I heard him sniffling and sneezing, I really wished that he would've just gone back downstairs. I know, that's mean. But I really don't want to get sick and I was up all last night listening to him carry on. He's off today, so I'll be taking care of him.

Good morning everyone. I haven't posted on here in a while. I've been sick and have not had a lot of energy. I started feeling bad Saturday after my son's Lacrosse games, went to the Dr. on Monday and I've been on Z-pack, mucinex and phenegram (sp?) cough syrup at night. Today is the first I've started to feel somewhat normal. This really knocked me on my you-know-what.

I am going to have to read all the pages I missed out on, but later on. I need to deliver my dd's registration form to school today or there's a $200 late fee

It's really quiet here with Sheryl gone. I hope they're having a great time. We're supposed to be at school for a good part of the day today for the Baseball Jamboree, but with all the rain yesterday, not sure what condition the field is in.

I can't believe our Houston weekend is already next weekend, it snuck up on me.

Hi all... woo we have had major computer issues round here.. so thats where i have been. We finally got a new one yesterday from Dell.. ordered a refurbished one for about 500.00 same computer built new would have been over 1000.00. Well we got it in and set it up and it had fatal errors UGHHHH, so called Dell and they are now building us a brand new one, with all the same stuff and not charging us anymore and paying for all shipping. A bit of a pain in the butt, but at least they are making it all good.

Chad finally got this one up and running, but i dont know for how long LOL!

I see Kyle is having trouble with Abi.. boy do i remember those days, i was a bit of drama queen, bet i caused a boy or two some drama like that. Thank goodness Brad hasnt had to much girl trouble.

Sorry so many have been sick. I went to the doctor a couple of days ago (regular checkup - not sick) and first thing my doctor said to me was how the flu was really taking hold right now. She wanted to make sure I had my flu shot.

Went to the races in Hot Springs, AR yesterday and spent the night with about 10-12 friends. We had a blast, but I like the races in N.O. better for some reason.

Ick, we are a sick household here. DH has been really sick the past couple of days. DD hasn't been full-blown sick, but has had a low-grade fever on and off and has been really super cranky since yesterday, so she must be fighting the sickness or is about to get it bad. And of course, I can't be left out- I started feeling nasty this morning. I went out this this morning and bought a bunch of soup, kleenex, OJ and immune defense in preparation of my being sick too. I hope this is all over soon!

I hope everyone is having a good weekend, in spite of the nasty weather!

I hope you guys start feeling better soon. I hope Sienna doesn't get any worse. I know what's going to happen in my household. Kyle leaves Wednesday for his baseball tournament in Houston and Johnny & I leave Friday, we'll probaby wait until then to get sick.

I wonder if Tricia & her family are OK, haven't heard from her in a while.

Have to tell you about our week back from WDW

First, we came home to a new pup about 15 minutes after pulling into our driveway-he hasn't slept a night YET!

On Tuesday (we got home last monday) our water heater finished it's death. yeah, it had an element out and we were nursing it a few weeks until we got home from our trip(so it was expected but maybe a week later).

This is the funny partsort'a ...

When I went to take a bath it was sorta lukewarm(baths are my sanity time, besides here ) and so I got in expecting the hot water to have HEATED up a little and it NEVER did, so I was starting to freeze PLUS I was hormonal. MY lovely DH was sweet enough to heat water up on the STOVE for me (sap, yeah!!- he says,not me) gotta' love him!!! . I have to tell ya' I was pretty beside myself hormonal PLUS I was the one up with the new puppy 2 nights in a row(I am stressing the hormone point b/c it was bad). So he is out in the kitchen heating up water for me and on the pc booking his business trip for this week to NYC. He comes in all happi-ish telling me the Hilton Millenium (where he has stayed 2x) was booked and the ONLY OTHER hotel with availability "and actually cheaper" was the Waldorf Astoria. I looked up at him and I can tell you I was not happy-nope not even happy for HIM, which I would have normally been. Okay so I told him that we were getting the hot water heater fixed before he steps foot in some hoity toity hotel in NYC!! PLUS we were going to leave the dog in the kennel and train him before he left for NYC-together. I wasn't going to pacify the dog any longer for his sanity. Sounds mean huh!!??? I was really guilt-ily ,witch-ily upset . He wanted me to meet him up there for a couple days but there is no way right now. Kids haven't been schooled in 3 weeks, new puppy, work on Friday.

Okay so Thursday he has the plumber out(2 actually) for estimates and we got a new hot water heater on Friday-THEN DD10 clogs the plumbing with paper towels b/c she was out of toilet paper! We had paper towels in there b/c the pup had an accident earlier. She didn't want to call us to get a roll from the other bathroom . The plumber came back out that night b/c we couldn't clear it. We spent $1500 in ONE day on plumbing!!!! DD10 felt so badly. She kept saying, "I'll pay for it!!!"-we were like "no, this is stuff you will have to deal with one day" and she really did n't know paper towels would do that-now she does . There was also hair and bands(how did that get down there -we don't flush or shove hair bands down the drain). Well, maybe someone does!!!

ramblin'-DH is just getting to the Waldorf -waiting for his call.

I wish the bank he works for would pay for my meals this week-pacification for having my hubby stay at a famous hotel that you can't even wear jeans or t-shirts to(in the lobby). I guess they do, indirectly. Green eyed monster-OUT and ABOUT! he is not sure he'll like it though b/c he lives in jeans when not in business attire.

Okay AND why don't they just give him a raise and pay for him to stay at the Hampton Inn??? Ha!!
