Hey y'all,

I had the epidural injection this morning. They hooked up an IV & doped me up just enough that it only hurt a little. I was feeling really good after the injection, but not so good now. Really starting to hurt at the injection sight & I have a headache. Just took a pain pill so I wanted to check in before the meds kick in. Thanks so much for all your prayers & well wishes! They said in about 5 days I should know if it's going to work. I have to go back in three weeks for another injection.

Jenny, Really sorry that you're disappointed with the school! I'm bugged that we don't even get a Meet & Greet with the teachers before school starts. 1st day of school is a full day too. I just read on the school's website that kindg. can ride the bus. I'm going to have to call for details & figure out if we'll try it. It would help me a lot, if the time is not too early, where I can get Bob & her ready. The school is also putting up a new building, so drop off/pick up lanes are really going to be a nightmare!

Thanks, I'm really getting nervous about the injections tomorrow.

hey all - been having a rough time lately and just getting on.

hope your injections went well. and putting G on the bus for Kind. was sheer hell. and the bus was an hour and a half late the first day and I was frantic. calld the school every 10 minutes. but three years later and it is all good. just hang in there. I am miffed that open house isn't for 2 weeks at our school either, then with 60 parents there is no real chance to talk to them one on one.

Lori - hope it went well with your hair and goes well with your trip. hope I get the honor of meeting you and your family before you might have to leave!

I haven't posted here what happened last weekend, it's just been so hard to even talk about. My parent's house was broken into and trashed. I can't even begin to describe what was done in there, it is so sick. We are still set to close on the 28th of this month and thankfully the insurance company will be issuing us a check by the end of the week to begin the clean-up. It's been a pretty rough week.

gosh I am SO sorry for you and angry too. hang in there and hope all goes well for you with the closing and all.

Hey gang! Having a great day and a crappy day all in one! It started out great, I called AAA to book my trip and got a GREAT deal...8 nights, 7 day MYW pass plus hopper, Disney Dinning Deluxe at Pop Century....$2600 for the 4 of us!!!!


So then I get in my car to leave for work at 5:30pm and it won't start. Kurt just got home and had no problems. So I got a jump and it started and was running, I got to in front of Chinchuba on Barataria and it died...in the left lane, and I couldn't even get my emergency lights to work!! So thankfully I signed up with AAA last week and was able to get my free tow, and made it to work only 20 minutes late. Here's hoping it's only the battery and not anything else!

She is listening to everything the dr's and nurses tell her and she is bouncing back faster than I thought she would. She is still very weak though. Thank you again for all of your prayers.
