Metal Detector Question

I keep seeing references to having to pass through metal detectors for certain rides...(Hulk, FJ, etc).

Is it any metal? Or only stuff that could fall out of pockets. For example, I where a metal chain with a medal on it around my neck. It has never given me a problem at sports stadiums or the airport... just wondering if this is something I need to worry about?

I assume things like wedding rings or earrings are OK?

It stuff that could fall out of pockets.

Cell phones, wallets, keys, coins, things like that.

It’s only on Hulk and RRR you go through metal detectors.

If it set off the detector they’ll check you and you can show it’s the necklace. You can also wear a lanyard with your EP on if applicable.

Basically anything that can become a hazard to others if it’s dropped or otherwise lost carelessly isn’t allowed on the ride with you.
