Update. Sadly my consultant has advised me it would be unwise to cruise at this time so we are having to cancel from the cruise :-(

So, I haven't ever run an FE, but I think its all pretty easy from here. We all have the room numbers so it should be fairly simple as there are only a few of us.

Thank you all. We still plan to come to WDW if we can. Just not sensible to be out at Sea right now. Let me know if there are any questions re the FE. The way I have worked it in the past is just to leave it up to people what night they wanted to drop their FE's but the organiser is the only drops on the first night. Then if for any reason anybody has a stateroom number change when they check on the first day, they let the organiser know ( which would have been me now Claire if she is ok with it ) and the first drop contains a note saying of the change.

Just a suggestion. Maybe Claire you could drop on the first night? If that's ok. Anybody changes stateroom number just let Claire know. If Claire you are too busy anybody else volunteer?

No, I'm fine with doing the drop on the first night.

LEt me know if you need any help arranging any of our FE stuff. Will be more than glad to assist. And if You, don't think you will have time to drop gifts the first night, I can drop mine (as several are Christmas related and I had plans on delivering those the first night b/c I really had no clue we did it on assigned days... Lol, but now that I think of it, that makes perfect sense!)

I wanted to give first shot to someone from this group. My wife and I are going to cancel our Serenity Bay adult beach cabana #25. If someone wants it we can set a time that works for both of us and I'll go online and cancel it. Not sure there is a better way to do this so open to suggestions if there is. If no takers in a couple of days then I'll go to the Facebook group and offer it there.

I'm just reading all of this - wishing you well Paula sorry to hear you won't be able to make it - I didn't see any of these posts until today - where do we stand now for the FE?? I am new to all of this so I'm unsure of how this all plays out logistically, to begin with!

It will all be the same as before. I will do the first FE drop on 24th. If anyone has any problems, and needs to change rooms etc, please let me know ASAP. Our room no is 7684. We are in the aft area of the ship. Other than that we are all good to go!

We put our Christmas tree up today, so starting to feel very Christmassy!
