Yes, but it still follows the Palo dress code.

Yes, and I agree with previous post that they say to follow Palo dress code, although we did see some folks in there dressed more 'casually'. It is one of our favorite bars. They have the outdoor deck -- we loved standing there as we pulled away from CC. It was just me and DH all alone back there - very cool to watch. Also, it's a great place to watch the fireworks. Not crowded, no kids (our DS is scared of fireworks so he goes to the kids club during that!). DH and I hit the Meridian deck to watch them - relaxing!

Not only does it follow Palo's dress code, but it is only for those 18 and older too. And as far as dress code, we did see a server approach a group in shorts and the group then left. Not sure what the server said, but the group was seated and then they were gone. This was on the Fantasy.

The only time I saw casual dress code was when one of those behind the scenes tours stopped there for a few minutes

During the day, before dinner, when it was open the dress code was more casual. We venture there for pre-dinner martinis. Try the strawberry balsamic martini. Great for after dinner drinks too.
