Merchandise Delivery and Pickup!

Quoted on Disney Website:
Theme park souvenirs can be delivered right to Meadow Trading Post at no extra charge.

Have any of you ever done this or have you ever had them delivered to the front of the park for pickup by you. It says its free but do you give either one a tip. If so how much. Did this service work well for you?

We have done both and both work well. They won't/can't accept tips at the stores.

Well I have never done this and usually pass up something I want and then have to go back for it before I leave Or I purchase it and carry it around! So I was going to try this!

I use this service every year.
On Thanksgiving day I go Christmas shopping at DTD.
They deliver everything (except anything perishable) to the Meadows Trading Post by 3PM the next day.
Just make sure that that is not your check-out day, just in case.
It is a great service and I have never had any problem.

We do this every trip regardless of where we stay. This a a resort wide service.

Great service. Works well, never had a problem. Nice to not carry bags around.

have used at the Fort and as pp said make sure that pickup date is not check out day. that would be the only problem i can see. sure beats carrying bage on crowded buses at park close.
