If you want to, you should be able to. Just let your manager and/or trainer know.

All Florida-Site Merchandise Operations Cast Members are required per Company Policy to engage in Pin Trading with our Guests. A Lanyard and Pins will be issued to you upon arrival. Please note that both of these remain the property of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. and must be returned to the Company upon departure.

California-Site Store Operations Cast Members have the option to engage in Pin Trading with our Guests. If you would like a lanyard, simply let your trainer know.
