Menu For The Wave @ Contemporary

Ok people I have a partial menu for The Wave which is the new restaurant at the Contemporary.

LUNCH

Multigrain linguine w/rock shrimp and clams

Herb crusted Ahi Tuna w/ potato and olive toast(?)

Angus chuck burger

Reuben

Mediterranian Tuna salad

Spice crusted chicken salad w/apples and polenta croutons



DINNER

Pan seared blackend cod

Grilled marinated flank steak

Braised lamb shank

Grilled beef tenderloin



They also have a breakfast menu but I didn't ask for it--they will have a kids menu also but it isn't ready yet

They are accepting reservations for 6/30 and beyond

Make your own classic Bircher Muesli, Spinach Tomato and Onion Omelet

Multigrain Mickey Waffle, Eggs Benedict, Homemade Granola.
-Featuring Organic Columbian Coffee that is shade grown, fair trade and
bird friendly.

Beta Berry Smoothie – Raspberries Non-Fat Yogurt, Peach, Mango and Honey, Antioxidant Vitamins, C, E and Beta-carotene

Supercharged Tropical Smoothie – A blend of Tropical Fruit Juices, Non-fat Yogurt and Soy Protein.

Children's Menu: Multigrain Mickey Waffle, Cereals, Pancakes, Eggs.

Does anyone have pictures of this new restaurant? That breakfast menu looks great, DH and I LOVE multi-grains waffles! Also, is this restaurant in the same location where the former Concourse Steakhouse was?? Thanks

The Wave is going to be located where the Food & Fun Center use to be and when I went to visit the Contemporary in December, there was a huge wall covering up the entrance so you could not see the renovation taking place. So that means no pictures until it actually opens.

If you were wondering the Contemporary's new counter service location which is to be called Chef Mickey's Express, that is opening up on August 14 where the Concourse Steakhouse is.

In another thread someone mentioned it's opening on June 1st, however for the 1st month it will only be walk-ins only, so after June 30th is when you can make an ADR there.
