Can i purchase MM through MDE? Will automatically be linked to our magic bands? I did look through MDE, but didn't find it.

Yes you can. If you go to your reservations and tickets and go all the way down to the bottom of the page there should be a link there

Purchase it through the website while logged in to your account and you will be able to assign downloading privileges to yourself or someone in your my family and friends list. Then it will be linked to your MDE account.

You can and it will be linked to you for download privilege (but you can always assign it to someone else) and everyone in your travel party that is linked would be able to get their MB to be scanned for the pictures.
