Memory Maker?

We have a trip coming up in a couple of weeks and I've tried on 2 different occasions (a couple of days ago and again today) to purchase Memory Maker but I keep getting an error message:

An error occurred. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, please try at a later time.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I'd call the number, but have a laryngitis right now and don't have a voice.
