Memory maker worth it?

Absolutely do it! Like others have said, the ride photos are nearly worth it alone. Plus, if you know where the cameras are, it can be pretty fun to do goofy stuff for the pictures. Yes, some of the photographers will have lines but they keep the lines moving quickly and there are A LOT of photographers around.

I really think this is one of those completely subjective things. But if you're going for 9 nights, and you're going to want ride pictures, and meet some characters, and want some really nice photos including some fun "magic shots" (and if you don't know what they are - learn before you go so you can ask for them!), then yes, it easily can be worth it. We've easily had 500-1000 pictures at the end of a weeks trip especially when doing a number of character meet and greets.

I think if you're an adult couple with out kids, it more likely the type of thing you wouldn't splurge for every year but for a longer trip that you'd like to get some great pictures out of, it's worth it especially if you make sure to stop at a lot of places for photos!
