Memory Maker Timing Questions (multiple trips)

I have used MM in the past and love it.

I have three upcoming trips.

Two in March (all trip days are within 20 days of each other) and one in November.

Questions:

1. I can use the same MM on both March trips, correct? Can I download photos in between trips or do I need to wait until they are both over?

2. If I purchase MM now in advance of my March trips, and decide I don't feel we got the photos to be worth using it, can I just let it sit in my account unused until my November trip?

1. It might be safer to wait because once you start downloading, you then have 30 days to add more pictures.

2. That I'm not sure about. It seems to me though that as long as you don't download anything from the March trips, you won't start the clock ticking.
