memory maker share problem

We just returned from Disney where we participated in a share with two other couples. We logged in to the couple with the entitlement last night to do borders and a lot of our pictures are not in that couples account. The pics are in our account, but for some reason not in theirs. The missing ones are from all over, characters, castle shots, ride photos. Any way we can get them all to the entitlement account?

No. Such are the dangers of a scheme like a Memory Maker "share."

Bet this thread will be removed since skirting the system isn't allowed.

On the other hand if the share was with people you were vacationing with, you would have needed to have them listed on your friends and family on mde and they all would have been linked.

Actually, shares are allowed. We did this very thing when we went in September. The photopass help lady said that disney is fine with it and helped me link them all together. You need to make sure your MDE accounts are ALL linked together. Yes, everyone in the party. If that doesn't work, call support and they will help you. Memory maker is sert up differently than old photopass and the photopass help lady said it's fine to share MM or to use it twice if you have two very close trips. I hope it works for you!

We shared with friends we traveled with last month. A lot of photos were not showing then we all had to check settings and found some did not have share with friends checked in the MDE account. After that we could all view them and I downloaded all.

My wife called Disney and the lady was able to "share" all the pictures. She said something about it being caused by the kids bands being scanned. Don't think that's accurate, since we knew which pics were missing. It was probably just a glitch since we've had pics go missing before. Whatever the reason it's fixed now

Just got back from a trip with a group of 13 with me as the primary owner of the Memory Maker. Most of the pictures were there but there weren't anything other then ride pictures for my brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and none for my parents. With my mother it turned out she hadn't shared her account, even though my father shared his on the same account. But with the brother-in-law and sister-in-law, it took awhile on the phone, they could see that everything was correct with their accounts (both of them allowed me to see their pictures.) The person on the phone could see their pictures but they didn't appear under my account. It took several resets of the account, but they were able to get them into my account.

Just remember EVERY band in your group needs to be linked into your account via "friends and family" and EVERY account has to give you permission to view their pictures.
