Memory Maker/Ride Photo reliability

I imagine most of your FP are booked for E-Ticket rides? This helps give you a record of when you were on the ride and the photo was captured. Since most of the rides with on ride photo/video are E-ticket attractions. Can track them down easier worst case.

On that note had no issue on our quick trips in Aug and Sep but we have yet to actually have MM purchased till this upcoming "real" trip.

We had a lot of issues last week. I was advised by IT (the division that works just on magic band issues) to scan photos when possible or go to the desk and ask for them to be scanned. Throughout the day rides may go "offline" from the magic band connection temporarily which can be frustrating bc it will show up on the screen at the attraction but not go to the band and there is no way to know when or how often that happens. So my advice is to scan the ride photos.
There is not anywhere to scan dwarves photos but photo pass help line was able to find my photos over the phone, so also remember about when you ride the rides. And check during your trip. Photo pass in the park can't see the dwarves photos on their scanner screens, you have to look at those online.

I found it interesting on the Buzz ride, it shows me a pic of the car in frontof mine, which I know that it is that because it was the wheelchair car.

Side question - ever get a few pics of yourself and family done, and only 2 of the 4 show up. I ask, because I am seeing the ones of my son alone, but not of us together.

We had 8 days and 12 people and had almost all show up automatically. We did have one time where we had some pics of family together then kids alone from same photographer and the kid pictures didn't show up. Called and they found the shots, added them to our account.

I also checked for ride photos while we were still there and didn't see some - used the onine "missing pictures" form. My pictures showed up 1-2 days later and then 2 more days after that I got a reply email saying "it appears that the photos you described are already in your account. . . ". So sometimes they take a day or two to appear.

If you do anything like Jedi Training or Enchanted Tales where a photographer takes many pictures of all participants, I HIGHLY recommend you take the photopass card they give you to a photopass shop (front of each park or DTD) and have them download only the pictures of your own family! You CAN use the code number on the card and load the pictures yourself, but you end up with dozens of pictures of strangers - the photopass site is slow to browse through and this makes it worse; you can delete them one by one, but it takes FOREVER.
