Memory maker question

I apologize if this has been asked already somewhere else. I thought I knew everything about memory maker. I decided to purchase memory maker and came upon this...
When you tell us who will use each item, we will automatically create Friends & Family for you in the My Disney Experience section of the site, making planning easier.
It has each member of my group listed, but you can only select one person. Is this asking who is the manager of the memory maker?

Yes I believe so. But The others will have access to the pictures too.

Access is fine. Just wanted to be sure my family would have photos added to the account. Thanks for your help
