Memory Maker/Photopass edits - borders missing?

We are just back from our most recent Disney World adventure. I only have about a week to edit and download my pictures (double dipped Memory Maker for our October and December trip) and a ton of the borders/stickers are missing. It's basically only dining, ride, Halloween, and Christmas borders. For stickers I can get Christmas and Halloween and the signatures. We met Anna and Elsa and a ton of other characters that I would love to add the borders to, plus I celebrated a milestone birthday while there so I'd like the birthday stickers. I tried on Firefox and IE but it's the same. I emailed PP but it could take a week before I hear back (they said 5 days plus 48 hours for that dept to respond) Anyone else?

I can't say where they went but the site is a disaster right now. It's barely working. If I was right up against a dead line with expiring pics I would get on the phone and call them and request a complimentary extension.

I'm still missing MANY borders and stickers. It's just a few from each category and it's really frustrating. I'm probably going to ask for some form of refund because I wanted many of these for Christmas. I didn't even check the last two weeks but thought it would be sorted out by now. . .wrong.

I was working on mine yesterday as they start expiring today (and I did actually get a complimentary extension...I went to go buy one, and it came up as 0.00 - I didn't even have to put a CC in to finish the purchase). There's still a ton of things missing - especially signature stickers.

I e-mailed them about the borders and especially the signatures and all I got back was basically that they're all subject to change at any time. so I pretty much just gave up on hoping for the signatures and started downloading my photos.

Sorry I forgot to update.... Subject to change, they took SO many away! Only signatures are the fab 6 now. I miss all the character borders!!!

I felt same way and PAID for my extension in end I had only 2014/2015 borders, a few frozen the dining and ride ones. I'm sorry but I'm not paying more for less.

I have had a lot of trouble with the site in general. It's a great idea that needs some work. Very happy to find that a lot of borders and stickers were added over the past couple of days. They seem to appear best when you look at all of them rather than selecting a specific category. When I first used them they would disappear in my edits. Frustrating!!! I finally called and was advised to clear my cookies and cache and to use Google Chrome. This worked for me.

I am extremely unhappy with it and not sure that I'd do it again. The photographers weren't particularly skilled...bad shots, people squinting because they are looking into the sun, people with eyes closed. Honestly, the most we ever had in a photo was 5 (us and a character) so this is unacceptable.

And don't get me started with the site. At any given time I can't sign in or it will freeze and I have to exit and (hope to) sign back in. It repeatedly gives me error messages and won't permit a download or a "revert" to the original. I am going to have to get a 2nd complimentary extension because it has taken so long to use their alleged "editing" software before downloading.

It's a disgrace, but then again all of Disney IT is a disgrace.
