At character meals they don't have a photographer walking around with characters, so no. BUT at some like Akershus Royal Banquet Hall you meet Belle before going in and they have a photographer so in that case yes. You used to have a hard copy included with your meal in this scenario but that has now been (or is about to be) discontinued.

There are photographers walking with Stitch at O'Hana and I believe Mickey at Tusker House (at least sometimes). They are included in memory maker. My DD's favorite character is Stitch and we told the guy to reel off as many photos as possible. We have like 50 photos.

We did Character Meals at ARBH, Crystal Palace, and Hollywood & Vine and only ARBH had a photographer at the initial walk in area, none had anyone walking around with characters but that would've been a great touch!

If I read it correctly the hard copy picture is extra, I wouldn't imagine the photopass person taking pictures would now be an added cost if you have memorymaker. If so that would make me feel ripped off!
