Memory Maker on Split Stay?

The dates we are coming, AofA isn’t available the first night, but we really want to stay there! So we are staying at Pop our first night and moving over. Are we going to have to purchase Memory Maker for both stays or does MM have so many days after purchase? How would you make this work if you were me?
