Memory Maker not Linking to My Disney Experience Account

I just purchased Memory Maker advance purchase and it is not showing under "Plans, Reservations & Tickets" "Memory Maker Purchase". I attempted to link it with the confirmation number on my email it has me pick who to assign it to but then it says "Failed" "Sorry, we are unable to process your request. and wants me to call". Anyone resolved this issue without waiting hours on hold? I know its not usable for three days do I have to wait three days for it to show up? Help!
 
Did you ever get this resolved? I just purchased it but don’t see it linked in the app. When I put my confirmation number in it tells me it’s already linked???
 
Instead of waiting hours on hold, the best bet would be to run to a blue umbrella in the morning in the first park of the first day of your trip and get it resolved there. They'll probably have it done for you in 5-10 minutes.

I am having this same issue and have tried chat and waiting on hold and have still not gotten through. Any ideas?
