I just purchased Memory Maker advance purchase and it is not showing under "Plans, Reservations & Tickets" "Memory Maker Purchase". I attempted to link it with the confirmation number on my email it has me pick who to assign it to but then it says "Failed" "Sorry, we are unable to process your request. and wants me to call". Anyone resolved this issue without waiting hours on hold? I know its not usable for three days do I have to wait three days for it to show up? Help!
