Memory maker - help!!!

Hi I have just purchased memory maker, I was logged into my account at the time however I can't see it in MDE? When I try to link it it tells me that it is already linked and I have had a confirmation email, but it doesn't seem to be showing in my app - where should it show - next to my tickets?

As far as I remember, I couldn't see it in the app. Can you see it listed on the web browser when you log in?

Ah thank you, I thought it would show in the app but you're right it is on the website

Yes I had that experience too! I can only see it on line not on the app. It seems to have linked automatically online though.
