Hi all! I will call the support desk for Memory Maker when they open at 9 am, if needed, but I'm wondering if anyone here can help.
I purchased the advanced Memory Maker package and had to go to Will Call on my 1st day to pick up a Memory Maker card. I used the same card through my entire trip except for one day when they had problema with their system and I was handed a Photopass card. I went in this morning to try and view my pictures, and I only have a 12 digit number on the card I picked up at Will Call compared to the 16 digit number I have on the Photopass card. The site keeps asking for a 16 digit number.
How do I view my photos with the card containing 12 digits? Any suggestions?
