Memory Maker Download?

I'm looking at purchasing Memroy Maker, and it is giving me options for shipping (pick up onsite anywhere they sell tickets for $0) or pay $x for various shipping methods...

Shouldn't I get a code that allows me to link it in MDE, and not have to bother going to a ticket counter? Would the resort check-in/front desk count as a ticket counter if I have to "pick up" the memory maker?

I have not used memory maker yet, but photo pass plus included a stock CD. That might be what they are trying to get you to pick up.

I ordered one and the card arrived today but it is already showing up at being attached to my MDE account.

Don't think it matters either way but I'm definitely going to be checking at my resort that it is linked and then I can just use my MB rather than having to fish through my bag for a little card

Thanks - I'll pick it up at the ticket counter/resort then.

One other question - my family under my MDE show up as "invite to plan and share", while people I've invited to be friends and family can show up as "cannot view your photpass photos - <name> manages this account", even though <name> can view/purchase photos. Can bot hof these user groups link to my Memory maker for photos/ride photos etc.

Nope. It's just the physical card.

Think of it like park tickets. Yes you can get a physical card that has your ticket on it or you can use the electronic one attached to your magic band. Same deal.
