Memory Maker Cancellation

We have made well over 50 trips to Disney since 1995 and a few prior to that and I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I will ask anyway.

We will be making a trip in December with the 2 of our 8 grandchildren who really like Disney World. They are both very young and I want to make sure we get good photos so I'd like to order Memory Maker. We've used it once before and I was happy with it. My question is if I order it and we are forced to cancel the trip can we cancel it and get a refund? I don't think we can and in that event, I'll wait to closer to our trip before ordering it.

My wife is looking at more back surgery and she may need it sooner rather than later, but there's no telling at this point TIA.

I'm not sure you can cancel it, but I do know that it's good indefinitely until you activate it so you could always use it for your next trip

I don't think you can cancel it, but in order to get the advanced price (which is around $30 cheaper) it only needs to be ordered 3 days prior to your trip. The best advice I can think of is to wait until you know for sure that you will be able to take your trip before you purchase it! I hope everything works out and you are able to take your trip as planned!

Thanks. I was pretty sure you can't cancel. Recently we have been staying at SOG, POFQ, or at off site condos because we tend to stay for a month or two at a time. Last trip was late January - March. Luckily since I'm retired Army I get some pretty good deals. This time we're staying at the Ariel rooms at AoA because one granddaughter is a huge Ariel fan and then moving to POP because the other one likes it there. I am looking forward to this trip a lot and I want some good pictures.

Memory maker will be in your account and fine for a future trip.. It's a flat rate download product, not a take a photo product. It starts when you hit download the first time.

From your description, I would personally call up and cancel it. You can't cancel from the website but I called recently to cancel it and had no issue but this was prior to my vacation, not close to or after it started. If/When you know the trip is still on, you just need to add it 3 days before arrival for the lower cost price or $50 more if you cut it close.
