Memorial weekend park question

We will be at the park the week before Memorial Day (DDs 18 mos and 4, DS 7)and have everything planned except the last three days. We would have already done MK twice (Cindy's breakfast on tuesday and Family Magic tour on thurs- I know once in MK they wont want to hop to another park) and MGM twice - once on Monday and then friday of Star Wars weekend. I was thinking of Epcot on Saturday and wasn't sure which should be sunday or monday - Ak or MK again. I know my kids would probably want to do MK a third time rather than AK or Epcot twice. I wasn't sure whether MK would be busier on EE sunday or Memorial Day itself. Any advice? We've been before and they liked MGM and I wanted to do some girly things before the boy stuff at Star Wars - thats why we're going twice before the others)

I would suggest AK. There are lots of things for young children there. I will tell you Sunday will be very busy, but MK especially. Monday is a little better, but alot of people come in the morning and then leave later in the day.
