I woke up at 5:30 am . but stayed in bed until 7:30. This was a first for us! We got dressed and I went down to the gift shop to buy a new charm for my bracelet- Ariel and a BC logo visor.

We had a PS for the Cape May Character Breakfast at 8:30 am, so we walked down to the lobby and checked in. This was probably the best character meal we've had at Disney and we have been to 10 different ones! We had a 5 minute wait and were seated right near the Krispy Kremes! This buffet was soooo yummy!!!!! They had all the regular stuff-omelets, pancakes, french toast, Mickey waffles, sausage, bacon, cereal, muffins, donuts and then they had bread pudding with vanilla sauce and cheese blintzes with bananas. Our server brought us a large carafe of Orange Juice and we were set. Our server was very good. He asked everyone where they were from and what parks they were doing that day. The family next to us was there for their first trip and they were off to the MK. He asked the kids about what rides they were going to go on. Goofy came around first, then Minnie, and then Chip. The interaction was very good and not at all rushed.

After breakfast we went over to the arcade. I can't believe how small Beaches and Cream is!!!! We played in the arcade for a while and then went up to our room to change into swimsuits. As I am walking into our room, Mike and Marcus say, "Hey, there's Minnie!" I turned around and sure enough, here come Minnie , Chip, and Goofy walking down our hallway at the Beach club (with a CM, of course). We said, "Hi" and they all waived back. I said to Mike, "See, you can't get characters in your hallway out on Hwy 192". He said, "You'll see some characters alright!"

Anyway, we went down to the pool and there was no one there!!! I rented a tube for the day. We went down that slide another 100 times! I used the tube for the lazy river and then got a drink (Raspberry smoothie) and sat in my lounge chair (yeah..I'm on vacation!). A family was sitting next to me and they had their baby's blanket on the ground in front of my chair. She was was so cute and just stayed there playing. They asked if I minded and I said, "No, I love children!"-like a good teacher...

Then Mike, Marcus, and I swam over to the beach area. It is sooo nice over there and I noticed that they did have a waitress taking drink orders at your lounge chair.

We decided to head over to the Boardwalk for lunch, so we put clothes over our suits and walked over by way of the Dolphin. It took about 5 minutes, but in that HEAT!!!! We ducked into the first restaurant we came to. It was the Big River Grill and we were seated immediately. The food was very good, service was good, but it was nothing very special and I guess that 's why it doesn't get rave reivews. We walked around the BW. The Boardwalk Inn is so pretty-my mom swears by this place! It is her favorite Disney hotel. We went into the Wyland gallery. My son loves animals and there was so much to see here. He was not impressed with how the artist had incorporated the Little Mermaid into his work. We then went to Seashore Sweets and got some fudge and a bag of candy for Marcus. We decided to take the boat back to the Beach Club, which took just a few minutes.

We needed a break!!!! We went up to our room and Mike hooked up our portable DVD player (the best $200 we ever spent) and we watched Shrek. Then, Mike took a nap while Marcus and I played cards and bulit his lego set.

We got ready to go to Epcot and walked over at about 5:45. We went to Britain, where Marcus got a new mask and began working on it. Winnie the Pooh was in the store with no line, so Mike and I got our picture with him. We then made our way through France, Morocco , and Japan, stopping at each kidcot station for Marcus to work on his mask-he just loves this! We went upstairs to chekc in at Teppanyaki. Had a very short wait and were seated with two other parties. We had great dinner companions and the chef was good, but not as good as last time. This had also been our third sit-down meal of the day-way too much food for us!

After dinner we wanted to ride Maelstrom in Norway. Marcus calls it the "troll ride". We had a 15 mniutes wait, which is long for us!
Illuminations started as we were leaving, so we walked around the World showcase by way of Canada and back through the International gateway to the Beach club.

Well, I was wiped out, but Marcus and Mike went down to the pool to get in a few more rides on the slide before it closed at 10.

Tomorrow- MGM studios Star Wars weekend and the Cape May Clambake
