Memorial Day or Gay Day?

We have our trip narrowed down to either of two weekends, Memorial Day weekend or Gay Days weekend. I know there are strong feelings and such about Gay Days, but I am only concerned with the crowds. We have been there during Gay Days before (our honeymoon) and just avoided the park they were planning to attend according to their website.

Please, I beg you to not turn this into a Gay Days intense discussion.

Just taking crowds into consideration, which would you choose? Memorial Day weeken or Gay Days weekend?

As long as you don't go to MK on Saturday, Gay Days weekend will be better.

For crowds only, Gay Day should be less crowded, all the homophobes stay away from WDW.

We picked Gay Days for our own family so that is what I voted for. LOL at AJKMOM's post.

We look at it this way, the type of people that will avoid going to WDW because it is Gay Days are the very same people we would like to avoid.

Crowd wise I would say Gay Days too. Memorial Day will be packed and I will be in the midst of it but I didn't have a choice on when we could go (needed to pick up the "free day") for vacation. If I had had a choice, I would have gone the next weekend too!

Poohmom3...I WISH we could be there both weekends! LOL! But this is more of a "spur of the moment" quick trip so it'll just be a few days!
