membership PIN

I received my temporary membership cards with my papers and the sheet telling me my id for the dvc website. It said I would receive my pin in the mail. It has been a week and no PIN. How long should this take?

Call MS and let them walk you thru the registration process. Once you've registered using the pin and login you won't need that info again because you'll create your own unique login, so let them assist.

I don't have my PIN yet though. Can they give it to me over the phone?

Yes, they'll verify your membership information and will walk you thru the registration with the proper pin/login.
