I think there's potentially a little bit of something for most people, but hardly anyone will benefit from every perk.Don't know if it's just me, but I don't see the value in any of this. Never bought OTUP and we've had AP's so memory maker is a non-issue (and honestly, after having trips for the past 17 years, we don't use that anymore anyway). It also seems like a really strange way to incentivize things by making people think they won't be able to get into a member lounge. Sure, I enjoy my Coke Zero, but I can buy a whole lot of them at Publix for $99.
I'm no DVD executive, but it seems to me, if I wanted to move more direct points, I'd add this in at higher levels of direct points rather than a flat $$ fee to try to drive more sales, but even then, I don't see much value in this.
Using points to pay for an AP, or discounted tickets for those who dont buy AP's. Extra OTU for those who need just a little extra points each year. People who also pay for LL so they dont want to wait in line for the lounge either. Or even for those who actually like Interval International they can save that $95 fee.
