Hi all,
So we just received our membership cards in the mail today. Let's just say we were super excited. Well we were until I noticed that they had the wrong middle initial on mine! Has anyone experienced something like this? Is it a big deal to change? I know my deed paperwork, contract and anything else that listed my name was spelled correctly... I guess I call MS but if it's something else please let me know.

PS Another thing I thought odd was that DW was the addressee on the mailing even though I am listed as the first party on the contract and all other mailings have been directed to my name... Am I reading too much into this series of events?

Currently they are having software problems with lead names and the card issue may be a records issue or human error.

Double check your contracts and deeds, then I would contact Member Administration and have them verify their records, then Member Services would be next on my list. If everything is correct then all you can do is wait for Disney to fix their software.

When you have Member Administration on the line, ask them about a replacement Member Card.

The first two cards I received had my last name spelled wrong. My DH's card was correct and we have the same last name. I called Member Administration and they sent me out a new card. My name was spelled correctly on the paperwork and in their system. Apparently the member cards are printed and mailed by a third party. Member Administration was able to print me a card out of their office and send it.
