Members Services not answering??

just rings, then gets quiet, then rings.
WHAT??
Called from Home phone .
Tried on my cell and got busy signal, use husband's cell and it went straight through (he rarely calls)

Just ringing busy - want to find out EXACTLY what can be banked if we cancel. No parades, no fireworks, no characters, no FP+....face masks (yes, I know they are necessary), early park hours, no water parks

I want to know how many of my points I can bank
 

I tried calling Member Services a couple of times to fix an error on our resort reservation, but all I got was busy signals each time. I'm sure they are swamped with DVC Owners adjusting their reservations and points.
Will try again in the morning.
