I have not gotten past the first page in WEEKS!! Yesterday, when I talked with MS about a ressie, I mentioned it, and she sounded like everyone has mentioned it. I received the standard reply (in a pleasant way) - "They are working on it."
I just tried and I was able to get in. By the way, in order to see my vacation details, I had to go to the annual dues page first. Then I could go to vacation points and then vacation details.
I can't get in at all this morning and today is the day I can reserve for my home resort for a trip later this year.
I have had nothing but trouble with their site since I first signed purchased DVC earlier last month. If this is how things are run over there, I am second guessing my purchase decision.
This is ridiculous. It's unacceptable that they can't get an online reservation system going let alone allow members to even review their membership details.
UGH!! I cannot even access anything! Very frustrating....then to call MS and be on hold forever...and then get 2 differant advisors that were unable to understand my questions, I still do not feel I got the correct answer. *
