Site still hasn’t worked but I finally got through to MS by calling right before close. Cancelled our vero stay that starts on Wednesday. Very frustrating trying to do this the last few days! Good luck everyone.

Stopped working again right at 8am. This is ridiculous. I need to modify a reservation I made yesterday because the stupid site caused me to lose the one I had just clicked on, I saw it was available pre 8am this morning, but my check-in day is December 4th, so had to wait until 8, and again, no way to get to the dashboard. Just a blue spinning circle. Edited to clarify, I was booking a standard 2BR at Jambo House yesterday, December 3rd-10th. It was available pre 8am. At 8am I was able to choose my dates, then the blue spinning circle of death. Site started working a few minutes later, December 3rd gone. Ugh. End up booking at Kidani and waitlisting Jambo. This morning I figure I'll just change my dates to December 4th-11th at Jambo, so waiting patiently until 8, but right at 8 I see the 3rd is now available, so I go to modify my Kidani reservation and I can't get to my dashboard!!! This is bullcrap!!!

I left my computer for 20 minutes, and when i came back my dashboard was populated with the reservation I wanted to modify. The process went smoothly and I got to a confirmation page. Now I can't re-load my dashboard to see if the changes were actually made....

This has me questioning our purchase tbh ........... there is zero chance our kids would ever deal with this BS just to make a reservation at 11 months ...... I have literally wasted several hours the past few days waiting on this crappy website to function ..... does any of our dues $ go toward this thing? We are being ripped off.

They are aware if the issues, in fact my welcome message from from the CM when using chat was:

"Welcome Home!
At this time, we are currently experiencing a temporary system outage that limits the access we have to our systems. We anticipate this update should be completed later, but we do not have an ETA at this time. If you have a general question that does not require me to access your Membership, I'll be happy to assist you."
