member services prompts.

This is the first time dh is going to have to call for a reservation. When you call member services to make a reservation for the DVC resorts I know you hit 1 first. What is the next prompt? Thanks.

I don't think there is another prompt -- it's been a few months since I called, but I think that's it and then you're connected to the next available CM.

I think you have to press 1 twice...I should know by now I've been calling so much. I think the second time is for telling them DVC (#1), Adventures by Disney, or exchanges, etc. However, I once tried to press 1 while the spiel about RCI was going on (which happens twice), and it didn't do anything. So, I don't know that knowing in advance what to press will help.
